You will be hard pressed to find a place with a more moderate climate than the Bristol, Johnson City, and Kingsport, Tennessee Tri-City area. Blessed with four distinct seasons without extreme temperatures, mild winters and cool summers make for most pleasant year round living.

At an elevation of some 1650 feet, normal high & low temperatures are 44 & 25 in January and 85 & 64 in July. If you’d like it a little cooler, for winter skiing or summer golfing, take a scenic 1½ hour trip to the beautiful North Carolina High Country.
